Outreach at Aberkenfig

<<< Back to Latest News

Following the end of our previous run of worship and ministry events elsewhere in Aberkenfig, this was the first of our new events in St Johns Church In Wales church, also in Aberkenfig. We experienced a wonderful evening of worship and ministry as folk gathered from a number of local villages and churches, joined by wonderful Mission24 evangelists from as far away as Exeter and other parts of England as well as Cardiff and Swansea.

The Mission24 team was joined by local Christians as we reached out to the local community, witnessing on the streets for most of the afternoon before the evening event. Praise the Lord that ten people prayed for salvation with us on the streets and one at the evening meeting!

We believe Aberkenfig is somehow a key location in God's plans and our unity with the local Church in Wales congregation is heart-warming and exciting as we look forward to not only holding other worship evenings but also regular Sunday evening meetings in support of the local church.
